The sweet and sour cloud of passion fruit pound cake is a simple recipe to make at home

Production process:

1. Take 2 passion fruits, or 3 if the fruit is smaller. Remove the seeds and juice.

14. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (upper and lower) for 60 minutes. Place the pound cake in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.

15. Remove the baked pound cake from the oven until warm.

16. Bring the syrup ingredients to a boil in a pot of milk, remove immediately from the heat, brush evenly on top of the pound cake with a brush, wrap the plastic wrap and leave overnight, and serve on the third day.
